Salary conditions
1450 EUR/month
Starting base salary is 1,250 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skills – it could be more. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR depending on the achievement of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

YOUR ROLE AS A CLIENT ADVISOR WILL BE TO:
- participate in supporting sales and collaborate with the team,
- look for opportunities to sell all banking products and services,
- provide information and professional advice to clients,
- perform cash desk and currency exchange operations,
- perform customer service operations, responsibly work with cash,
- participate in administrative activities,
- continuously educate yourself about news in the world of finance and grow professionally.
