Salary conditions
1500 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1,300 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is about 200 EUR and depends on your skill; it can be more. Quarterly bonuses average about 700 EUR, depending on the fulfilment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

YOUR TASKS AS A CLIENT ADVISOR WILL BE:
- contributing to sales support and working together with the team,
- looking for sales opportunities for all banking products and services,
- providing information and expert advice to clients,
- carrying out cash and currency exchange transactions,
- carrying out client service operations and handling cash responsibly,
- participating in administrative activities,
- continuously learning about news in the world of finance and growing professionally.
What you can expect from us

- Performance reward. Once a year you will receive a bonus, the amount of which depends on meeting company and your individual targets.
- Meal allowance fully paid by the employer, with no contribution from the employee.
- Up to 10 days of paid leave above the statutory minimum every year.
- A credit for VÚB Cafeteria of up to 300 EUR, which increases with the number of years worked.
- Up to 100 EUR per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (3rd pillar).

- 190 EUR per year as a clothing allowance.

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita)
- experience in the position/field
- experience working with cash
- Years of experience: 1
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if you:
- have at least secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita),

- enjoy communicating,
- are friendly and can work both individually and in a team,
