Salary conditions
1 500 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 300 EUR, plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill; it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR, depending on the fulfilment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

AS A CLIENT ADVISOR, YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO:
- contribute to sales support and collaborate with the team,
- look for sales opportunities for all banking products and services,
- provide information and expert advice to clients,
- carry out cash desk and currency exchange operations,
- carry out client service operations and handle cash responsibly,
- take part in administrative activities,
- continuously educate yourself about developments in the world of finance and grow professionally.
What you can expect from us

- Up to 100 EUR per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (3rd pillar).

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for this position:
- secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita)
- experience in the position/field
- experience handling cash
- Years of experience: 1

You are a suitable candidate for us if:
