Job Summary: As a Business Specialist - Microsoft Office, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and optimize business processes using advanced Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tools.
  2. Create, format, and organize high-quality business documents and presentations that serve as training data for AI development.
  3. Collaborate remotely with the customer's team to evaluate and provide feedback on diverse business content.
  4. Assess data sets and documents for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to confidentiality standards.
  5. Apply business strategy consulting skills to solve complex problems and communicate actionable insights.
  6. Contribute to the development and curation of AI training datasets by reviewing and validating business intelligence scenarios.
  7. Ensure meticulous attention to detail while performing document formatting, data organization, and business content evaluation tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in business-related roles, with a background in business education.
  2. Power user of Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  3. Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  4. Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, content creation, and data organization.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  6. Experience with document formatting and maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
  7. Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience evaluating or curating training data for AI or machine learning projects.
  2. Background in strategy consulting or business intelligence roles.
  3. Strong attention to detail and a passion for developing high-quality, impactful business content.
