Job description
1. Business Development:
- Retaining your client portfolio (one inherited account to take over): regular meetings (significant on-site presence), gathering new needs, client follow-up,
- Opening new scopes: prospecting, client meetings, gathering and analysing needs, supporting clients and consultants during meetings,
- Commercial negotiation: rates, start date and other contractual terms.
- Building long-term business relationships.
2. Recruiting future consultants:
In close collaboration with the recruitment team, you will recruit future consultants 🤝:
- Technical and functional assessment of candidates,
- Identifying target projects,
- Organising and taking part in client interviews,
- Salary negotiation.
3. Management and career development of consultants in your scope:
- Regular follow-up with consultants (at least one meeting per month)
- Organising quarterly mission reviews with clients and consultants
- Handling complex situations
Qualifications
🎓 Qualifications:
- Holder of a Bac+5 degree from an engineering school or business school, or equivalent,
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset: your ambition is to be able to develop and manage a business 🎯
- You have a real commercial temperament and a strong taste for hunting new business and retaining clients.
- Knowledge of market finance / experience in the BFA (banking, financial services and insurance) sector is a plus.

Package starting at 45K, reaching 85K and above (attractive, uncapped variable pay), depending on experience.
