Business Automation Trainee
Mission:
The main objective of the person joining as a Business Automation Trainee will be to provide support and actively learn about the efficiency of services and operations through technology at Cabify.
Whoever joins the team will collaborate in the design, administration, and optimization of technological solutions through the use of Artificial Intelligence and No-Code/Low-Code tools, and will have the opportunity to learn how to design workflows that eliminate manual tasks, allowing Cabify to become increasingly agile and efficient.
How will you help us fulfill our mission?
- You will learn to configure and maintain workflows in Zapier, become familiar with Make (for complex visual logic and data transformation), and use n8n (for advanced automation).
- You will collaborate in the implementation of AI Agents that not only move data, but "understand" context (e.g., using language models to classify support tickets, summarize incidents, or automatically extract key data from documents).
- API and Webhooks Management: You will become familiar with API consumption to connect our internal tools with external platforms, ensuring that information flows without errors.
- No-Code Tools Optimization: you will assist in the technical administration of Zendesk and other platforms, always looking for ways to connect their native functions with our external automations.
- You will research new tools and prompting techniques to improve the accuracy of our integrations with LLMs (such as GPT-4o, Claude, or local models).
- Workflow Documentation: you will help us create manuals and diagrams of automated workflows so that knowledge is shared and scalable within the team.
What we are looking for:
- Education: Profile in the final year of a degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or degrees with a strong foundation in processes and logic.
- Currently pursuing studies (Undergraduate or Master's degree) and having the possibility to sign a Practicum Agreement between your University and Cabify.
- AI and automation: Having experimented (even in an initial way or in academic projects) with AI models (agents, process automation) and with No or Low Code tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar.
- Data Logic: Understanding basic concepts of data structures (such as JSON) and conditional flows (If/Else).
- Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables) and ability to create clear presentations in Power Point.
- Ability to express yourself clearly on a daily basis, actively listen to team guidance, and report on the progress of your daily tasks.
- We are looking for a profile with a strong self-taught mentality, openness to digital environments, and a great dose of curiosity about technology.
Other knowledge that adds value:
- English (B2 level desirable).
- Interest or basic knowledge in SQL or programming languages such as Python/JavaScript (to add code in automations).
- Familiarity with CRMs (Zendesk, Salesforce) or project managers (ClickUp, Jira).
