Job Description
The Mid-level Production Systems Analyst (Data Analyst II) will be responsible for the support and operation of production processes, handling tickets, monitoring environments, verifying processing, and executing operational procedures. You will act autonomously in the analysis and resolution of incidents, root cause identification, and implementation of improvements, contributing to the stability and quality of services.
You will also be responsible for interacting with internal and external clients via Jira, Microsoft Teams, and email, ensuring proper tracking of requests and effective communication of the solutions adopted.
Experience with Linux, Shell Script, MySQL, ITIL, and change management is expected, as well as knowledge of root cause analysis and quality management. The department holds ISO 9001 certification, with standardized processes and periodic audits, requiring rigor in the execution of procedures and a commitment to continuous improvement.
We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and collaborative professional with good communication skills and a focus on results, capable of acting as a technical reference and contributing to the team's operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Good communication (spoken and written)
- Intermediate knowledge of using Linux OS via command prompt
- Basic knowledge of SQL language
- Initiative and proactivity
- Sense of urgency
- Critical thinking and interpretation of messages for ticket categorization
