Job Description
Within the IT department of our client, a major player in the railway sector in France, you will join a team working on the evolution of our client's CRM.
Your missions will be as follows:
- Gathering requirements from business teams.
- Functional specifications in the form of user stories
- Expression of needs and backlog feeding (needs analysis, impact/risk analysis, refinement into detailed user stories)
- Functional testing (test definition, test recording, test execution)
- Production incident analysis and user support (for incidents or requests)
- Project management: synchronization of project stages with different users and stakeholders
- Budget tracking, risk tracking, milestone tracking, implementation and synthesis of various steering committees
- Management/Participation in Agile ceremonies and daily meetings
Qualifications
Is this position right for you?
You have a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent and have at least 3 years of experience in software development or IT project management.
- You are comfortable with different Agile methodologies.
- You demonstrate curiosity, proactivity and a spirit of initiative.
- You speak English fluently
