Job Description
As part of our projects related to Hyperion, we are looking for an experienced generalist Business Analyst (MOA) Consultant with solid knowledge of Asset Management, risk functions, and functional project management.
You will work at the interface between business teams and technical teams, playing a key role in needs analysis, solution definition, and monitoring their implementation. You will also be expected to challenge business requests and architectural choices to ensure the relevance and consistency of the proposed solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs, then write functional specifications and related documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and ensure the interface between business and technical teams.
- Manage projects around Hyperion: planning, tracking timelines and budgets, and coordinating contributors.
- Analyze Asset Management and risk indicators (commitments, leverage effects, ideally VaR).
- Use SQL to exploit data and challenge technical and architectural choices (programming, ETL, etc.).
Qualifications
You have proven experience in business analysis (maîtrise d'ouvrage), ideally in a financial environment related to Asset Management and risk.
You have the following skills:
Functional skills
- Expertise in challenging business needs and monitoring schedules.
- Good knowledge of Asset Management.
- Mastery of business analysis methods: requirements gathering, facilitating workshops, writing specifications and documentation.
- Knowledge of risk functions and the calculation of associated indicators.
Technical skills
- Good working proficiency in SQL for data analysis and exploitation.
- Understanding of application architectures and technical environments (programming, ETL, data flows, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and challenge proposed solutions.
- Knowledge of Hyperion is expected given the scope of the position.
