Job description
As part of a transformation program focused on payments and cash management, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a senior Project Manager. The role has a strong functional and cross-functional focus.
The consultant will play a key role as functional referent on payment topics (SEPA, Instant Payment…), while supporting the overall management of the project. They will act as Business Analyst, payments referent, and technical right-hand to the Project Manager**.**
The mission:
- Gathering and analyzing business needs around cash management and payments
- Writing functional specifications
- Facilitating workshops with business teams, IT, and external partners
- Monitoring developments, managing cross-functional topics
- Producing high-quality project materials (PowerPoint, summaries, roadmaps…)
- Contributing to planning, risk, and reporting follow-up
- Supporting the Project Manager, particularly on topics with strong functional or technical content
- Coordinating with IT and functional teams and the stakeholders involved in the program
Qualifications
Desired profile:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a cash management / payments environment
- Good understanding of the entire payment chain, without necessarily being a technical expert
- Solid knowledge of payment protocols and systems (SEPA, SEPA Instant, transfers, etc.)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex environment
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and presentation skills (PowerPoint expected)
- Autonomy, rigor, and a collaborative spirit
- Experience in project management or supporting a project manager (CDP) is a real plus
