Salary Conditions
2 050 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 650 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill; it may be higher. After 6 months you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus equal to 50% of your starting base salary.

As a Business Advisor, your tasks will include:
- providing service activities for clients who are small business owners, identifying the needs of legal entities and analyzing those needs,
- providing information and expert advice to clients in order to find the optimal solution,
- proactively securing and developing long-term business relationships in the Small Business segment,
- actively seeking new business opportunities,
- continuously learning about developments in the financial world and growing professionally.

Required Experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
Experience in the position / field:
- at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products
Required Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge
You are a suitable candidate if you:
- have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
- can easily navigate the financial statements of small business owners,
- can actively use MS Office,
- enjoy communicating and can help clients find the optimal solution,
- have strong argumentation skills and a business mindset,
- English is an advantage, as is an education in economics,
- are a trustworthy and reputable person,
- are willing to keep working on yourself and developing.
