The selected person will be part of the global Business Strategy & Growth area, collaborating directly on initiatives in the Spain Region and the Partnerships team. In this department, we are responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive the brand and generate a positive impact on the business. Our mission is to establish and manage strategic partnerships with key partners aligned with our corporate values, enhancing our value proposition in the market and connecting emotionally with our audiences through memorable activations in the local environments where we operate.

🎯 Role Mission

Whoever takes on this role will be responsible for implementing, coordinating, and executing activations for Cabify's various partnerships and sponsorships in Spain (focused on both sports and entertainment). Their central purpose will be to lead the daily management of projects alongside external agencies and internal teams to achieve recognition and consideration objectives for our multi-mobility services, making Cabify the favorite brand for users.

🛠️ How will you help us fulfill our mission?
  • Actively participate alongside the Brand Specialists team in defining and designing strategic plans for sports partners (such as first and second division football teams) and entertainment partners.

  • Manage end-to-end digital and offline activations for all partners in the Spain market, covering recreational spaces, emblematic city events, and sports sponsorships.

  • Collaborate in the planning and daily execution of projects with internal teams, acting as the direct point of contact that coordinates day-to-day work with our external activation agency to ensure ideas are materialized.

  • Define and coordinate different marketing campaigns and activations (in-person events, CRM campaigns, social media actions, etc.) across multiple channels, transforming the initial brief into coordinated execution.

  • Take responsibility for meeting deadlines and processes, applying solid project management methodologies to coordinate efforts across different areas when necessary.

  • Constantly review performance metrics, market changes, emerging trends, channel innovations, and competitor activities.

🔍 What we're looking for
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a similar discipline.

  • Sector experience: Previous experience in advertising agencies, brand management, or managing integrated marketing projects.

  • Specific experience: Demonstrable experience of 3 to 4 years in event management, brand activations, and deploying strategic communication around these.

  • Organizational skills: A person with excellent project management capabilities, with a structured approach and who understands the importance of meeting delivery deadlines in dynamic environments.

  • Technical knowledge: Practical familiarity with Marketing verticals (planning, multi-channel campaigns, media, social media activations, and events).

  • Interpersonal skills: High communication competencies to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders, external partners, and multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines.

  • Analytical approach: Practical experience in executing objective-oriented projects and in analytical tracking of brand KPIs.

  • Added value: Previous experience in fast-growing startups or high-velocity corporate environments will be considered a great plus.
