Backend Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join our remote team.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience building and deploying scalable backend services using TypeScript and Nest.js. Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Deep knowledge of NoSQL databases, with hands-on experience in both Firestore and MongoDB. Proficiency with frontend development using React/Next.js and TypeScript. A strong commitment to quality, including writing comprehensive tests and participating in rigorous code reviews.

Preferred but not required experience in:

Experience with event-driven architecture is a plus.

What you'll be doing:

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the core services and REST APIs that our applications rely on. hile your focus will be on our Nest.js backend, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute across the stack with your React and Next.js skills.
