ROLE
The Back Office Specialist contributes to achieving the store's objectives by ensuring the optimal management of warehouse and administrative processes, as well as the compilation of target files / business analysis and the management of email.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation • Supports the relevant Deputy in the correct management of the store's accounting cycle (deposits, invoicing, tax free, etc.) • Ensures the exchange of information between head office and the store by updating the noticeboard / supervising StoreiQ Sales & KPI • Ensures visibility and control of store KPIs through data extraction and the preparation of business analysis.

• Dynamism, proactivity • Strong operational and organisational skills • Excellent aptitude for using IT tools • Ability to manage and archive data • Sensitivity in reading KPIs • Fluency in oral and written communication in English

Salary range: €23.500,00-€31.000,00
Where required by applicable local law, PVH publishes base salary ranges for all positions in job advertisements in the EMEA area. These ranges reflect the salary band planned for the position at the time the advertisement is published.
Individual pay within the indicated band will be determined solely on the basis of objective criteria that are gender-neutral, taking into account, among other things, skills, responsibilities, effort required and working conditions. The indicated pay band does not in any way constitute an entitlement to a specific salary within that range.

Unless otherwise stated, salary ranges refer to a full-time contract of 40 hours per week and will be pro-rated based on the working hours set out in the individual contract.
