Blight: Survival is a cooperative action-horror game set in a brutal medieval world. Face monstrous foes in visceral 3rd person combat as your journey through beautifully decaying lands where every encounter is a tense battle for survival.

We are looking for an Associate Producer to lead and manage the game systems team on Blight: Survival. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and organize the development of gameplay features, ensuring quality expectations are met. In addition, you will actively support team well-being by collaborating closely with leads and leadership. This is a unique opportunity to help shape one of the most anticipated and wishlisted games on Steam.

In this role you will:

  • Lead coordination between members of the game systems team, directors and other teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment with project goals.
  • Build and maintain schedules, roadmaps and tracking reports.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team by defining, prioritizing and tracking tasks, and help the team organize around the work to perform.
  • Conduct build reviews between your team and Directors to assess progress and quality of the features, throughout development.
  • Work closely with other Producers and Directors to improve the project's processes.
  • Assume people management responsibilities for a multidisciplinary team of developers, supporting them in their career development.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in game production; with relevant experience managing project managers and/or team leads.
  • Ability to manage complex work across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to convert complex, creative work into an actionable & clear roadmap.
  • Excellent communication skills that inspire confidence.

A plus:

  • Have worked on multiplayer and/or melee combat titles.
  • Experience in managing development of game features.
