About the role
As part of its upcoming flu campaign, Sanofi is looking for an Assistant Production Supervisor for the Washing / Equipment Preparation sector.
Main responsibilities:
Team management:
- Manages and leads a team of equipment preparation/washing operators on day/2x8 shifts
- Responsible for team management and the distribution of team activities
- Records activity in existing tools (SAP, monADP, etc.)
- Manages resources to optimize the performance of their area in compliance with regulations, quality, and health and safety rules
- Sets realistic, measurable individual goals that are consistent with those of the sector and shared with the employee
- Conducts individual interviews with their employees and participates in the development of their skills
- Responsible for implementing managerial decisions and clearly communicates goals while providing context
- Provides objective and factual feedback on the performance of their employees
Field activities:
- Coordinates and plans area activities: production, qualification, training, maintenance, upkeep, etc.
- Masters the operation of equipment/systems in their area (Autoclaves, Washing machines)
- Analyzes performance indicators (+QDCI, Dashboard, etc.)
- Ensures cross-functional cooperation with all different stakeholders (Customer Service, Quality, HSE, etc.)
- Ensures the proper execution of activities in the field: production, qualification/validation, training, management of Quality and HSE events
- Contributes to the training strategy for production and support teams for mastering building tools
- Handles the logistical onboarding of new arrivals
- Records actions in existing tools (SAP, oneLIMS, etc.)
- Guarantees compliance with HSES rules and ensures HSE dynamics within their area
- Guarantees compliance with GMP and BPF by their employees and throughout their scope
- Analyzes issues encountered by their team, proposes action plans, and informs their counterparts and manager
- Leads field meetings (+QDCI, etc.) and proposes performance improvements for production (e.g., 5S, etc.)
About you
Experience:
- Bac +2 level or equivalent and experience in production in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team in a pharmaceutical environment
- Ability to manage a team, rigor, and organizational skills
- Autonomy, analytical and synthesis skills
- Proactive and capable of proposing continuous improvements
- Listening skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Knowledge of IT tools: SAP, Office
