About the role:
Welcome to the trendy American world of TOMMY HILFIGER. We are looking for an assistant store manager who can deliver an outstanding customer experience and oversee the key operational functions, drive performance and maintain an effective, motivated team, while promoting and upholding the standards of our iconic brand, all under the direction of our fantastic store manager. As an associate store manager, you will have key responsibilities, such as implementing business plans, achieving daily and long-term sales goals, and fostering an effective and inclusive team culture, in collaboration with the store manager. You are:
- Customer experience specialist: Enhance every customer interaction through a warm and helpful attitude, and by sparking conversations that drive sales and create a passion for the brand.
- Key holder and acting leader: As an associate store manager, you will lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures, drive sales results, provide on-site coaching and act as acting store manager in the absence of the store manager. You will also contribute to long-term initiatives aimed at improving team development and store performance.
- Brand ambassador: Stay on top of our new campaigns and product launches, and promote our brand vision to our customers, so as to create lifelong fans.
- Proactive team player: Work on the sales floor handling new inventory, restocking and cash register operations, and more.
- Social influencer: Show pride, dedication and passion for our brand and our customers.
What you will bring:

A friendly attitude and excellent organizational and time management skills.

A proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, solve complex problems in real time and manage daily operations while contributing to the store's overall goals.

Energy and enthusiasm for our brand's values and objectives.

Prior experience in a leadership role in retail, such as assistant store manager or equivalent, where you demonstrated your ability to take on key holder responsibilities and develop a team.
