Our Team

The German Client Services unit is part of the global Personal Investing and Advisory Client Services structure. Customer expectations are constantly rising, and the Client Services division is a key player in customer support. The department's vision is to provide our clients and advisors with a seamless, connected experience, however they choose to interact with us. Our task is to support our clients and advisors with a range of questions through help, expertise, and guidance, and to build strong relationships through these interactions to strengthen trust in our company. We play an important role in the growth and development of the company by actively promoting our products and services during these interactions. The way we work is also key to creating a high level of engagement and job satisfaction for our employees and helps to foster and develop great talent within the company.

Your Role

As part of the team, you will be responsible for, among other things, answering our clients' and advisors' complaints and tax inquiries promptly and comprehensively. You must develop an understanding of all key processes within the bank as well as our communication approach. Our main focus is on providing our clients with first-class service, no matter how they get in touch with us.

Your Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Full and final resolution of a wide variety of complaints, including sensitive and complex issues with particular tact and a high level of customer orientation,

    including complaints addressed to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), the ombudsman, or our management board

  • Development and support of improvement proposals to prevent complaints, improve the customer experience, and optimize internal processes and systems

  • Answering inquiries regarding tax topics with the support of the specialist department

  • Participation in innovative and varied projects regarding new products, processes, technologies, and the continuous improvement of our communication channels and customer service

  • Testing of systems and applications in a collaborative environment

  • NPS - Net Promoter Score satisfaction surveys: analysis of feedback, proactive contact with participating advisors

  • Creation and timely submission of all complaint reports, including the annual BaFin complaint report, as well as continuous further development of our reporting.

About You

  • Professional skills in correspondence with clients, asset managers, and distribution partners
  • Preferably several years of professional experience in the securities or investment fund business
  • Excellent team player with a high level of customer and service orientation
  • Experience in handling complaints and dealing with sensitive cases
  • Experience in evaluating tax issues is an advantage
  • Preferably completed banking apprenticeship or a degree in finance
  • Business-fluent German
