Overview
Join the Payment Systems Service, within a dedicated structure for managing and overseeing mission-critical applications operating 24/7. You will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining applications supporting payment processes, ensuring operational continuity, stability, and adequate performance. You will collaborate with technical and functional teams in complex environments, contributing to incident resolution, problem analysis, and the evolution of application services.
What your activities will be
- Monitor applications and manage incidents and anomalies, ensuring operational continuity of services
- Analyze and resolve application issues on legacy and cloud architectures
- Perform corrective and evolutionary application maintenance activities
- Support change management processes and production release activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external suppliers and international partners
- Support the management of high-volume transactional applications, respecting critical operational windows
- Contribute to improving system performance, stability, and reliability through analysis and optimization activities
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies regarding Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Data Management
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 1-3 years of experience in application maintenance/system analysis of complex IT systems
- Degree in Computer Science, quantitative disciplines, or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of Java
- Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic-based application architectures
- Knowledge of databases
- Knowledge of OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of incident management, problem management, monitoring, and change management processes
- Knowledge of analysis and troubleshooting techniques applied to complex IT systems
- Management of 24/7 operational applications
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
The following are a plus:
- Experience managing high-volume transactional applications operating in contexts with critical operational windows
- Knowledge of Agile and ITIL methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools
- Experience using AI systems for analyzing application incidents
