Job Description

A data professional with an analytical profile and business acumen, capable of transforming CRM data into actionable insights and applying analytics and artificial intelligence techniques to optimize acquisition, retention, and customer relationship strategies.

A proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership, capable of acting strategically and executionally in the evolution of data-driven CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build data solutions for CRM, structuring datasets, tables, rules, and pipelines that support campaigns, journeys, and customer relationship strategies;
  • Develop customer segmentation and intelligence at scale, transforming business rules and needs into automated, reusable, and productive data solutions;
  • Evolve the CRM data architecture, contributing to modeling, integration, performance, quality, observability, and data governance;
  • Develop and deploy data products and services that can be reliably consumed by CRM and other teams within the company;
  • Build solutions using SQL, Python, and Databricks, seeking automation, efficiency, scalability, and the reduction of manual processes;
  • Apply AI Engineering and GenAI concepts to develop automations, agents, tools, and solutions that facilitate access to data, insights, and knowledge;
  • Create mechanisms for the democratization of data and knowledge, reducing dependence on manual analysis and allowing business areas to have greater autonomy;
  • Work alongside stakeholders to transform business problems into technical requirements, data solutions, and measurable hypotheses;
  • Develop proofs of value, experiments, and measurement mechanisms that allow for the evaluation of the impact of solutions and support data-driven decisions;
  • Ensure best practices for documentation, versioning, testing, monitoring, and maintenance of the developed solutions;
  • Take ownership of your deliverables, performing estimations, planning, scope and deadline negotiation, risk identification, and progress reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Expected knowledge and skills:

  • Advanced SQL, including manipulation and transformation of large volumes of data;
  • Databricks, with experience in the development and operationalization of data solutions;
  • Python applied to engineering, automation, processing, and data analysis;
  • Knowledge of data engineering, including pipelines, ETL/ELT, modeling, integration, and data quality;
  • Knowledge of AI/GenAI Engineering, including building and integrating solutions based on LLMs, automations, and agents;
  • Ability to develop solutions with a focus on production, scalability, reliability, and reuse, rather than just ad-hoc analysis;
  • Strong ability to connect technical decisions to business objectives and results;
  • Clear communication and the ability to navigate between technical and business stakeholders;
  • Autonomy, organization, and the ability to estimate and manage your own deliverables.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with CRM, Customer Analytics, customer segmentation and activation, experimentation/A-B testing, APIs, Git/CI/CD, Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, MLflow, and the development of AI solutions integrated into corporate environments.

We are looking, above all, for someone who can unite Engineering + Data + Intelligence + Business: a person capable of understanding a problem, designing the solution, building it, putting it into production, and demonstrating the value generated.
