Job Description
We are looking for a person to lead data-driven product decisions within one of the largest debt negotiation platforms in Brazil. You will act as the bridge between data, product and finance teams — translating business questions into analysis, and rigorously reviewing the results before they become decisions.
What you will do
- Turn ambiguous business questions into a clear analysis scope: source, slice, unit of measurement.
- Critically evaluate analyses delivered by data teams — identify problems with sample, denominator or comparison before they become decisions.
- Prioritize analysis demand across multiple areas, with limited team capacity.
- Connect Product, Finance and Data to ensure every number used by leadership has traceable origin.
Qualifications
- Experience with P&L ownership or financial product results.
- Hands-on familiarity with data, enough to critically evaluate an analysis (even without running the query yourself).
- Track record of leading people or cross-functional squads.
- Clear communication that separates fact from hypothesis.
Nice to have
- Experience in credit, collections, payments or fintech.
- Prior experience leading a data or BI team.
