Job Description
Act in an SRE role within the Consumer Services business unit. You will work as part of the solution delivery cycle, enabling reliability engineering implementations and interacting with other areas that can support the demands. You will also bring topics that evolve architectures in a generalized manner and support developers and other peer SREs.
SRE area activities — respecting the knowledge level of the position — range between environment availability, latency and performance optimization, environment efficiency, monitoring, incident response, and capacity provisioning/management. Such activities can explore areas of knowledge such as Cloud, orchestration, development, databases, pipeline, observability, networks, and security.
Qualifications
- Possess basic knowledge in the use of AWS cloud computing;
- Possess basic concepts related to microservices and containers;
- Have contact with some programming/scripting language;
- Possess basic concepts of infrastructure provisioning as code;
- Perform basic use of CI/CD solutions (e.g., Bitbucket/Jenkins/Gitlab);
- Analytical capabilities to question and explore new problem situations;
Technical Differentials:
- Possess certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, Hashicorp, or similar;
- Have some experience with high-performance solution architecture;
- Have practice in Kubernetes cluster administration;
- Have practice in Opentelemetry instrumentation;
- Be proficient in development with Python and/or Go;
