Opportunity | Credit Modeling Team
We are looking for a professional to join our Credit Modeling Team — an environment where data, technology, and business work together to transform strategic decisions.

We use advanced statistical techniques and Machine Learning, exploring data across the entire organization to build customized credit risk models tailored to each business's needs. These models are essential tools for our clients to optimize and maximize their decisions.

Key responsibilities
In your day-to-day work, you will:
- Develop credit risk models using statistical techniques and Machine Learning solutions, with a focus on Python;
- Manipulate, explore, and analyze large databases using Python;
- Conduct ad hoc studies and statistical analyses to support decision-making;
- Interpret analytical results, evaluating their coherence, relevance, and business impact;
- Translate analyses and complex technical concepts into clear and objective insights, appropriate for different audiences, including clients from various segments and internal areas.

- Solid experience in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and development of statistical and Machine Learning models;
- Good communication skills, with ease in interacting with internal and external clients;
- Proactive profile, with focus on results, quality, and value delivery;
- Analytical, questioning, and curious mindset, with continuous interest in learning, technical evolution, and identifying patterns and improvement opportunities;
- Ability to propose solutions aligned with business strategies.
- Knowledge in GenAI will be considered a differential.
