About the position

As an Automation and Artificial Intelligence Analyst, you will have a key role in optimizing and evolving our operational processes within the Contact Center, supporting digital transformation through automation solutions, platform integration, and applied artificial intelligence.

Your mission will be to identify improvement opportunities, transform manual tasks into intelligent and scalable workflows, and contribute to the design of technological solutions that drive operational efficiency and strengthen data-driven decision-making.

How will you help us fulfill our mission?

  • Identifying automation opportunities within Contact Center operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Designing and building automated workflows using No-Code/Low-Code tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Power Automate.
  • Executing operational shadowing to map manual processes, detect friction points, and propose concrete solutions.
  • Collaborating in the implementation of generative artificial intelligence agents for content automation, analysis, and operational evaluations.
  • Applying Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize the use of language models in high-impact tasks.
  • Supporting the construction and maintenance of knowledge bases (RAG) to enhance AI-based solutions.
  • Configuring and maintaining integrations between platforms such as Zendesk, Jira, Aircall, Amazon Connect, and Tableau.
  • Monitoring the stability of active bots and automations, executing corrective maintenance, and documenting implemented improvements.

What we are looking for

Academic background:

  • Technologist or recently graduated professional in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields. We value complementary training, courses, or certifications in process automation and artificial intelligence.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in designing or implementing automation and artificial intelligence solutions, including:

  • Mapping, documentation, and optimization of operational processes in high-volume environments such as Contact Center, operations, or Shared Services.
  • Implementation of automations aimed at improving operational efficiency KPIs, reducing repetitive tasks, and optimizing management times.
  • Development of automated workflows using No-Code/Low-Code tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Power Automate.
