Job Description
As a Game Intelligence Analyst at Ubisoft Montreal, you will contribute to transforming game data into concrete and actionable insights for creative teams. Within the Canada Analytics Team (CAT), you will adopt an analytical and investigative approach to better understand player behaviors and motivations, and thus support decision-making throughout game development.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with production teams to understand their game-related needs and formulate them as research questions
- Analyze, explore, and combine various data sources to identify trends, insights, and predictions
- Transform complex data into actionable recommendations for creative teams
- Design and maintain clear and relevant data visualizations
- Translate analytical results into data stories accessible to different audiences
- Present results, recommendations, and discuss associated action plans
- Coordinate data tracking efforts using project management principles
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data tools and processes in partnership with other teams
- Participate in creating new processes and optimizing existing ones
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team
- Master data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Use SQL and Python to manipulate, extract, and analyze data
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods

- Asset: use PySpark and Databricks
