Your Tasks
- Independent execution of small handcraft repairs and maintenance work in the building
- Care and maintenance of the garden, including green space maintenance and plant care
- Assumption of caretaker duties such as minor repairs, cleaning work and repairs
- Organization and execution of purchases for operations as well as errands
- Planning and coordination of renovation and assembly work
- Support with construction projects and implementation of maintenance measures
- Ensuring proper care and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure
- Monitoring of general building management and support with building automation
- Compliance with safety regulations and implementation of preventive inspections
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a craft or several years of professional experience in this field (e.g. as a carpenter, electrician, plumber or in a similar craft profession)
- Practical experience in building management and caretaker duties
- Industry knowledge and contact with external contacts (architects, contractors)
- You have advanced German and/or English language skills (B2+)
- Negotiation skills and high communication talent
- You are a team player and enjoy working outdoors as well as indoors
- You are reliable, independent and can perform tasks independently
- You have a Class B driving license
