AI Software Engineer

We're looking for an AI-Driven Software Engineer: a strong mid-level or senior .NET developer with architectural knowledge and enormous curiosity about AI. Someone who shows initiative, radiates confidence, and knows how to bring colleagues and customers along with the possibilities of LLMs and custom-trained AI models.

In this role, you are our AI champion: you don't just develop, but play a key role in exploring, prototyping, and integrating AI solutions into our products. You're the one who translates ideas quickly into concrete, testable solutions – and knows how to talk about it enthusiastically.

What will you do? As an AI Software Engineer, you are a driving force within our development teams. You work within two teams; partly from a file development team consisting of 3 to 7 people with a PO, developers, and Quality Engineer, and partly from an innovation team consisting of 4-5 people with a Product Owner, customer contact, UX Design, AI Software Engineer, and a .NET Software Engineer. The focus is on try fast & fail fast!

You work in 2-week sprints according to agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Our teams strive for CI/CD: as soon as an item is developed, tested, and approved, it goes directly to production. In addition to converting functional stories into well-functioning code, you are responsible for technical design, system quality, and compliance with organizational standards. You ensure architecture and help your team move forward. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Implementing AI solutions within our products and taking the lead in this;

  • Contributing to the .NET development of our products;

  • Building fast-working AI prototypes: from idea to demo in days, not weeks;

  • Researching and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs);

  • Making architectural choices and translating them into smart software solutions;

  • Inspiring, challenging, and bringing colleagues and customers along with AI concepts;

  • Contributing to strengthening the team from your expert AI role.

Your experience

We believe you will be successful when you have the following qualities:

  • You have several years of experience as a .NET Software Engineer;

  • You have experience implementing LLMs and/or training AI models, and are very enthusiastic about the possibilities of AI;

  • You have extensive knowledge of .NET, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes;

  • You understand SaaS architecture and have a sharp insight into market needs and customer wishes;

  • Enthusiasm for AI, LLMs, and new technology;

  • Skill in rapid prototyping and experimentation;

  • Strong communication skills – you know how to convey ideas;

  • Self-starting, eager to learn, and someone who shows initiative;

  • A presence that conveys confidence and craftsmanship.
