Overview

You will join a highly specialized team responsible for defining and designing security measures and processes to be applied to all initiatives involving the use of AI within the Group. You will define architectural standards and security requirements, ensuring that Machine Learning models and LLM-based applications are resilient against adversarial attacks, data leaks, and privacy breaches, in strict compliance with the EU AI Act and all relevant regulations.

What your activities will be

  • Define and implement the reference security architecture for the entire AI lifecycle (Secure MLOps)
  • Conduct Threat Modeling activities specific to Artificial Intelligence (e.g., using the MITRE ATLAS framework) to identify and mitigate risks such as data poisoning, model evasion, and prompt injection
  • Design security controls (guardrails) for Generative AI applications, preventing the inadvertent disclosure of sensitive data (DLP) and ensuring tenant isolation
  • Evaluate AI solutions provided by third parties by defining security measures for integration into the banking perimeter

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Cybersecurity Architect role
  • In-depth knowledge of LLM model vulnerabilities, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and Adversarial Machine Learning techniques
  • Experience in the security of cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Vertex AI
  • Familiarity with regulations and standards such as the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF
  • Knowledge of attack scenarios, vulnerabilities, and threats that can compromise banking systems and applications
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language

Preferred qualifications include certifications:

  • CISSP, CSSLP, Security+, CISM, CSX, OSCP, OSCE, OPST, OPSA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and Cloud Security certifications.
