Overview
Within the Chief Data A.I. Technology Officer Area, you will join the Channel Core Engineering Platform, the technology center of excellence responsible for developing and evolving the Group's digital channels. As a Junior AI Prompt & Agent Engineer, you will have the opportunity to explore the application of generative AI, LLMs and AI Agents to real business and technology use cases. You will work on designing and optimizing prompts, experimenting with the capabilities of AI Agents, evaluating AI-generated outputs and contributing to the development of innovative AI-based solutions.
What you'll be doing
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to support the senior members of the Team in the following activities:
- Design and optimize prompts for different use cases
- Experiment with different interaction approaches with LLMs and AI Agents
- Analyze and compare AI-generated outputs
- Identify errors, ambiguities and undesired behaviors in generated results
- Define strategies to improve the quality, accuracy and consistency of AI outputs
- Contribute to the design and evolution of AI Agents
- Experiment with prompt chaining, context management and tool calling techniques
- Define test scenarios and evaluation criteria for AI outputs
- Document prompts, configurations, experiments and results
- Collaborate with IT, Business and other AI specialists to translate business needs and problems into AI-based solutions
- Contribute to the adoption and dissemination of best practices in the use of LLMs and AI Agents
Who we are looking for
If you have the following qualities, we are waiting for you:
- STEM degree
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs and Generative AI
- Curiosity about how AI Agents work and evolve
- Interest in prompt design and optimization
- English proficiency at least at B2 level
The following skills are considered a plus:
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar tools
- Initial experience with prompt engineering
- Basic knowledge of key LLM and Generative AI concepts
- Experience with AI Agent tools
- Basic knowledge of data, APIs or automation tools
- Experience gained through university, training courses, personal projects or early professional experience
