Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join Serasa Experian's advisory legal team, providing legal support to institutional areas such as HR, Finance, IT, and Marketing, as well as supporting our business units in Marketing Services, Credit Services, and Decisioning & Analytics.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide advisory legal counsel to institutional areas (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, among others);
  • Assess the legal feasibility of initiatives, projects, and demands from these areas;
  • Clarify day-to-day legal questions and guide internal areas on legal and regulatory compliance;
  • Support, when necessary, legal analyses of the business units in Marketing Services, Credit Services, and Decisioning & Analytics;
  • Contribute to the preparation of clear, objective legal opinions and analyses oriented toward decision-making;
  • Monitor relevant regulatory and legislative changes, assessing their impacts on the company;
  • Work collaboratively with other areas of the legal department, ensuring consistency in guidance and institutional alignment.

Qualifications
