As an Advisor III, Analytics, you will play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role partners closely with procurement and business stakeholders to deliver advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven recommendations that improve performance, efficiency, and value creation.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze business and procurement requirements and translate them into reporting standards, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics solutions that enable informed decision-making.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders at varying levels of the organization.
  • Apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and emerging AI-enabled tools to support sourcing strategies, commercial modeling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with category managers, sourcing teams, IT, and enterprise analytics partners to ensure data quality, governance, and alignment to business needs.
  • Provide thought leadership and data storytelling that influences decisions and drives measurable business impact.

What You’ll Bring – Required

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 or years of experience in analytics, business analysis, procurement analytics, or a related discipline
  • Intermediate proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies

What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred

  • Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, or commercial analytics in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI, machine learning, or generative AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows, automate reporting, or surface insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or advanced quantitative methods applied to business or operational problems.
  •  Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP S/4 or R/3 for data extraction and spend analysis.
  •  Demonstrated ability to present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership in a clear, decision-ready format.
  •  Demonstrated track record of driving process improvement and innovation through analytics — building reusable frameworks, standardizing reporting, or reducing manual effort at scale.
  • Experience partnering across multiple business functions or stakeholder groups simultaneously, managing competing priorities while maintaining output quality and delivery timelines

Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $125,100 - $152,900.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
