Your Tasks
- Office and facilities management: Supervision of office infrastructure and coordination of facility maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment. Support in managing other company properties to ensure their smooth operation.
- Reception and support: First point of contact for employees and visitors, professional support and friendly reception.
- Correspondence management and telephone switchboard: Processing and distribution of incoming mail, handling of telephone calls and efficient facilitation of internal and external communication.
- Travel and event planning: Coordination of business trips and organization of internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Procurement and materials management: Procurement of office supplies, beverages and other necessary materials, maintenance of adequate inventory levels and timely processing of requests.
- Ensuring health and safety at work in compliance with applicable regulations.
Your Profile
- Organization and time management to handle a variety of tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication with employees, suppliers and visitors.
- Familiarity with maintenance and office services in facility management.
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Proactive identification and resolution of operational problems.
- You have advanced German and/or English language skills (B2+).
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
