Purpose and job description

If you're one of those who thrive working with documents, databases, and precision is your second name, don't hesitate and join our team!

Your tasks will be:

  • management of physical and electronic contract documentation related to rental relationships
  • work in internal systems (CML, databases, Excel) – recording and updating data on contracts, rented spaces, landlords, contacts, etc.,
  • preparation of materials/presentations for communication with landlords, suppliers, and internal bank departments,
  • other administrative activities and document archiving.

Required experience

The position is suitable for candidates with education:

  • university student.

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge

If you are a full-time student in the 2nd or 3rd year of university and you have:

  • responsible and reliable approach with attention to detail,
  • ability to work in a team,
  • proactive approach to assigned tasks,
  • interest in learning new things,
  • good communication skills,
  • previous relevant work experience (an advantage).
