Job Description
The Corporate Sales area is part of the Executive Commercial Management and is focused on developing the portfolio and managing the sales and corporate customer service strategy, through the planning and execution of account planning for the assigned portfolio to meet revenue budgets, by client, by sector, and by month, always complying with company guidelines.
Purpose of the role:
Drive organic growth of bureau services and portfolio deepening through new Experian solutions, aligning commercial management with the regional strategy.
Deliverables:
- Weekly report of strategic visits and sales opportunities for DA products and new Experian solutions.
- Quarterly portfolio analysis, identifying up-selling/cross-selling opportunities and efficiency in the use of services.
- Monthly report of transactional consumption and compliance with commercial KPIs (sales, NPS, adoption of new solutions).
Responsibilities of the role:
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals assigned by portfolio.
- Develop strong and strategic relationships with clients, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Perform account planning, presenting quarterly portfolio analyses and weekly visit and opportunity reports.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in updating contracts, reports, and administrative processes, complying with local and regional policies and standards.
- Lead the implementation of innovative commercial strategies, collaborating with regional and local teams.
- Actively contribute, through your management, to customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Identify market trends and share best practices that allow for driving innovation and the adoption of new Experian solutions.
- Maintain clear, honest, and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a results-oriented Account Executive, capable of driving commercial growth and innovation, managing strategic relationships with clients in the Business, Risk, and Credit areas, and collaborating effectively in multicultural teams within the SPlatam region. You should be able to:
- Maintain relationships/contact with guilds, associations, organizations, and any other groups considered influential to the organization.
- Be sales-focused.
- Have knowledge of the financial and commercial language of your assigned portfolio.
- Manage field visits to clients, customer service, and process management.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial management handling corporate clients.
- Management of sales compliance indicators.
- Knowledge of the dynamics of the financial, commercial, and credit sectors.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service and after-sales.
- Operational process management.
Required technical knowledge:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/Office skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools/CRM.
Languages:
- English: basic or intermediate.
