unite – Software Development is a small Austrian software studio (founded 2018, based in Vienna) that builds web and software products for its clients. (Not to be confused with the larger unite.eu / Mercateo marketplace.)

After a six-month trial in 2022, unite made the 32-hour 4-day week permanent at full salary, and deliberately works to avoid overtime so the shorter week is real rather than nominal.
