About Tryangle
What is Tryangle?
Tryangle (full name Tryangle Happiness and Well-Being at Work) is a Belgian consultancy that has worked on workplace wellbeing and happiness at work since 2017. Based in Antwerp, it offers HR consultancy, interactive training and (team) coaching grounded in a scientific framework around corporate well-being, motivation and engagement — delivered as workshops, training, coaching, team-building, webinars and keynotes. Its mission is to help organisations win through their people, strengthening employees, teams, managers and HR professionals. The firm is also the official Belgian country partner of 4 Day Week Global, guiding local organisations through structured pilot programmes to trial a genuine four-day week. Clients include GSK, Toyota Motor Europe, Start People and AvioBook.
Where will I work?
Tryangle is an Antwerp-based expertise bureau ("een Antwerps expertisebureau rond welzijn en werkgeluk"). Its work is delivered on-site with client organisations across Belgium as well as online, with the firm noting its keynotes and sessions carry their energy effectively even in remote settings.
What is the Tryangle team like?
Tryangle was founded by Griet Deca (Co-founder & Chief Happiness) and Kim Hilgert (Co-founder & Corporate Well-Being Expert), whose shared passion for language and learning grew into a mission to help people feel stronger and more engaged at work. The wider team includes Els (Happiness Partner & Creative Inspirator) and Tessa (Marketing Manager & Happiness Ambassador). It is a multidisciplinary group of qualified, experienced consultants, coaches and trainers who favour an approach rooted in scientific evidence and brought to life through movement, fun and participative learning-by-doing. Co-founder Griet Deca was named Belgium's "Gelukspersoonlijkheid van het Jaar" (Happiness Personality of the Year) in 2019 and is the driving force behind the country's Week van het Werkgeluk.
Work-Life Balance
Tryangle practises what it preaches. As its press coverage documents, "Sinds 1 september 2023 betaalt Tryangle haar medewerkers een fulltime loon om 32u per week te werken" — since 1 September 2023 the firm pays its staff a full-time salary to work 32 hours per week. It introduced the four-day week in its own organisation that September, making it, in its words, a pioneer in Belgium ("pionier in België"). The decision drew on the evidence from 4 Day Week Global's international pilots, and Tryangle has since featured as a case study in research by the Belgian Federal Planning Bureau and UGent.
Perks and Benefits
As a workplace-wellbeing specialist, Tryangle builds its own culture around the same principles it teaches clients — a wellbeing-focused environment underpinned by its four-day, 32-hour week at full pay.
