About TELUS Digital

What is TELUS Digital?

TELUS Digital (formerly TELUS International) is the customer-experience and digital-solutions arm of TELUS Corporation. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, it weaves data, technology and human ingenuity to design customer journeys, run customer-experience operations, and build and train AI systems for over 600 of the world's leading brands. Its work spans Data & AI, Digital Experience & IT, CX Management and Trust & Safety, and includes Fuel iX™, its enterprise-grade generative-AI platform. In October 2025, parent company TELUS Corporation acquired the remaining publicly held shares and TELUS Digital became a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Where will I work?

TELUS Digital employs around 78,000 people across 33 countries. The part-time roles listed here belong to the TELUS Digital AI Community — a global network of contributors who help collect, enhance and evaluate the data used to train AI models. AI Community work is fully remote: you work from your own home, on your own equipment, on projects open in your country.

What is the team like?

The AI Community is a worldwide, diverse network of contributors working on projects such as search and map evaluation, data annotation and collection, audio and language tasks, and AI-response assessment. Contributors are onboarded with project guidelines and learning materials and join project teams that support the machine-learning models behind some of the world's largest brands.

Work-Life Balance

AI Community roles are part-time, self-scheduled opportunities. There are no fixed shifts and no required meeting blocks — you work at your own pace within each project's guidelines, typically a long-term engagement of around 20 hours per week. They suit people who want flexible, location-independent work they can fit around studies, caregiving or another job.
