What is Quaderno?
Quaderno is an automated tax-compliance platform for online businesses, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. The product helps SaaS companies, freelancers, e-commerce stores, and digital-product sellers handle sales tax, VAT, GST, and 1099-K reporting across global jurisdictions — including real-time tax calculation, multi-currency invoicing, automated filings, and integrations with Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce, Shopify, and other payment platforms.
Quaderno was acquired by Norwegian software group Visma in September 2023 and continues to operate under the Quaderno brand with an independent team.

Quaderno is fully remote with team members across Spain, Germany, and the United States. The company has been remote-first since founding. There is no central office.
