Who we are

QBayLogic is a Netherlands-based FPGA/ASIC design house founded to create high-efficiency digital hardware solutions. Operating as a steward-owned company, we serve clients across industries—including technology giants like Google and Stanford University—who rely on our expertise to deliver high-throughput, low-latency, and energy-efficient hardware implementations. Our team of 14 passionate professionals operates primarily from our office in the Netherlands, fostering a supportive environment that encourages continuous skill development and growth.

We are deeply committed to the open-source community and take pride in developing and supporting our flagship project, the Clash compiler. This innovative tool enables efficient programming for FPGA devices by converting high-level Haskell code into low-level HDL code, which is central to many of our projects.

While our company values in-office collaboration, we offer flexible working arrangements and remote options for many non-junior roles. Employees who commute less than 45 minutes are generally expected to spend part of their work week in the office, allowing for hands-on collaboration and access to custom FPGA boards.
