About Pipedrive
What is Pipedrive?
Pipedrive is "the easy and effective CRM for small and medium-sized companies." With Pipedrive, sales teams "can track your sales pipeline, manage leads and automate your entire sales process from one central place – so you can focus on selling." Founded in 2010 in an Estonian garage by Timo Rein, Urmas Purde, Ragnar Sass, Martin Tajur and Martin Henk, the company has been "on a mission to support sales and marketing teams with easy-to-use, powerful tools that make everyday work faster and easier." Today its cloud-based, increasingly AI-powered software is "trusted by over 100,000 companies and used in 179 countries." In 2020 Pipedrive took a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners, becoming "the fifth unicorn from Estonia."
Where will I work?
Pipedrive has "grown from a five-person team to a truly international company of over 850+ people... with ten offices distributed across Europe and the US." Those offices span New York (headquarters), Florida, Tallinn, Tartu, London, Lisbon, Berlin, Prague, Dublin and Riga. Pipedrive runs a hybrid model: "We prefer Pipedrivers to work from the office as much as possible, but at the same time, we are very flexible towards occasional remote work. We do not, however, offer 100% remote jobs." Offices are designed for comfort — the Florida site, for example, features carefully designed workspaces, "monthly in-office team days," and well-stocked kitchens.
What is the Pipedrive team like?
Pipedrive describes a values-driven, international culture spanning "more than 50 nationalities." Its six company values are: "Be internally driven," "Reach for greatness," "Don't ruin other people's day," "Be teachable," "No excuses," and "Team first." As the company puts it: "We believe it takes great people to create a great product. That's why our team lives our company values, and we hire based on them, too." New joiners go through extensive onboarding including a "two-day workshop we call Bootcamp," and the year is punctuated by company-wide moments like the "Summer Garage" team-building event and "The Pipeys," Pipedrive's internal awards show.
Work-Life Balance
Pipedrive's work-life balance is externally recognized. Its own newsroom (October 2025) announced that Pipedrive won Comparably's "Best Company Work-Life Balance" award in Q3 2025, alongside "Best Company Perks & Benefits" and "Best Company Happiness." On Comparably, Pipedrive's work-life balance is rated A+ by employees, placing it in the top 5% of similar-size US companies. The hybrid model emphasizes flexibility toward occasional remote work, and roles are full-time across all offices.
Perks and Benefits
Pipedrive "prioritizes wellness with perks like in-house coaches, SWAG (stuff we all get), workplace experiences and skills training." Learning is well funded: "Every team has a budget that can be used for educational purposes," and "Pipedrivers often go to international conferences regardless of location." Day-to-day perks vary by office — Pipedrive's aim is "to make sure that everybody, regardless of where they are, has the possibility to be in a great work environment, stay healthy, and get a fair pay for their work." At the Florida office that includes "complimentary breakfasts and lunches," an "endless supply of coffee and a fully stocked snack station," plus regular team activities. (Detailed PTO/healthcare/parental benefits vary by location and are confirmed with recruiters, so they are not listed here.)
