What we do
Oyster simplifies the complexities of global employment, offering tools to hire, onboard, and pay employees compliantly in over 180 countries. Our platform provides localized benefits and equity options, ensures legal compliance, and automates payroll in 140+ currencies. We support companies in converting contractors to full-time employees and managing global teams effectively. Our services include creating compliant contracts, managing taxes and benefits, and providing deep local intelligence to navigate the regulatory landscape.
