Outfit7 is a mobile games and digital entertainment company. Its own site says "Outfit7 is a global mobile gaming and digital entertainment company best known for creating the Talking Tom & Friends franchise", with games that "have been downloaded more than 26 billion times". The media page says "Entertaining billions since 2009". Wikipedia gives the founding as July 2009 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, the headquarters as Limassol, Cyprus, and the parent company as Zhejiang Jinke Entertainment Culture Co., Ltd. since 2017. The careers site's locations page puts the headcount at "Home to over 400 talented individuals" across its offices.
Where will I work?
The Terms of Website name Outfit7 Limited as "a company organized under the laws of United Kingdom" with "a business and billing address at Agiou Ioanni 2, 4045 Germasogeia, Limassol, Cyprus". The careers site lists offices in Ljubljana, Limassol, Shanghai and London. The Ljubljana page says "Home to more than 350 employees" and calls Ljubljana the place "where everything started and continues to grow from"; the Limassol page describes "a small and super-connected squad". All ten adverts on the live Greenhouse board list Ljubljana; four also list Limassol and three also list Barcelona, Spain. Two of the ten are talent-pool adverts. The office pages tag the open roles "Full-time Hybrid", and the Senior Product Manager (HTML5 Games) role "Full-time Hybrid Remote". The benefits page describes hybrid work as a team decision: "We love working together in the office, but we also understand when we need some focus and work from home. Together with your team, you'll decide what combination is best for you, and we got you covered with the equipment you need."
What is the Outfit7 team like?
The careers page lists the values the company says it works by, including "We Act as One Team" and "We Hire Better People Than We Are". The Modern Slavery statement says "employees work in desk-based functions such as Finance, IT, Data and Analytics, Sales, Legal, HR, Office Support, Marketing, Design, Tech, and Product". The adverts promise "Diverse work with exciting daily challenges, working as part of a team in a fun, relaxed environment" and state "Employment relationship with Ekipa2 d.o.o. for an indefinite period of time, with a six-month probationary period" in the Ad Monetization Expert advert. The adverts that state flexible hours cover advertising, IT and marketing data science. The recruitment page lists the steps "Getting to know each other", "Understanding your expertise", "Can we become a team?" and "Conclusion", and says "It will take us approximately one week to reply to you."

Flexible hours are stated on the company-wide benefits page, not only in individual adverts. Under "Flexible hours" it says "We support teams adjusting their schedules to respect your personal time, as well as finding combined working slots to maximize efficiency." Three adverts, in advertising (Ad Monetization Expert), IT (IT Specialist) and marketing data science (Senior Marketing Data Scientist), list "Flexible working hours" next to "24 days of paid vacation". The benefits page also says "We have 24 days of paid vacation" plus holidays between December 25 and New Year's Eve, and that "we support the option of long leaves" under a Sabbatical heading. No core hours or required overlap window are stated; the only fixed point is the reference to "combined working slots", and no weekly hours figure is given. The five other roles on the board carry no description text, so the page-level statement is the only hours wording that covers them.
