About MOL Impacto
What is MOL Impacto?
MOL Impacto (formerly Editora MOL) is a São Paulo-based social business — often described as the world's largest social-impact publisher. Founded in 2007, it designs and sells products such as magazines and books through pharmacy and retail chains, channelling the proceeds into social causes: across 16 years it has donated more than R$65 million to over 200 Brazilian NGOs. It operates as a for-profit "negócio de impacto" (B-Corp-style social business), led by CEO Roberta Faria.
Where will I work?
São Paulo, Brazil, with hybrid working.
What is the MOL team like?
Around 65 people across editorial and product, commercial and partnerships, and impact/operations — a strongly mission-driven team.
Work-Life Balance
MOL runs a company-wide 4-day week on the 100-80-100 model (100% of pay, ~80% of the hours, 100% of the outcomes). It began with its most overloaded, client-facing team — which became its most productive and best-organised — and has kept the model since. MOL was also the first Brazilian company to introduce paid menstrual leave (up to two days a month, no medical note required).
