About Kabam
What is Kabam?
Kabam is a world leader in developing immersive, highly social free-to-play mobile games. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, Kabam is best known for Marvel Contest of Champions — one of the highest-grossing mobile fighting games of all time — and Shop Titans, a popular simulation RPG. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Netmarble, one of Asia's largest gaming companies, following a 2016 acquisition.
Kabam's games have been downloaded hundreds of millions of times worldwide, generating billions in lifetime revenue. The studio combines creative storytelling with data-driven game design to create experiences that keep players engaged for years.
Where will I work?
Kabam operates from three studio locations: Vancouver (headquarters), Montreal, and Los Angeles. All positions are full-time, on-site roles with 5 days per week in the office. The company values the creative energy and collaboration that comes from working together in person, which is particularly important in game development.
What is the Kabam team like?
With approximately 800 employees across three studios, Kabam has a large, creative team of game designers, artists, engineers, and producers. The company fosters a collaborative, high-energy studio culture with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). The team is passionate about gaming and building experiences that delight millions of players.
Work-Life Balance
Kabam offers flexible paid time off with no set limit, plus paid volunteering days, sick leave, and holiday closures.
