Huel is a UK-based nutritionally complete food company on a mission to "make better nutrition simple for you and the planet." Products are designed to deliver complete daily nutrition with minimal environmental impact. The company's culture, rooted in "high performance," emphasises drive, innovation, and collaboration; the careers site frames Huel as "where curious minds & go-getters make a global impact" and CEO James McMaster describes life at Huel as "Gold dust. The company employs around 350 people ("Hueligans") across 5 global offices and 1 UK-based manufacturing site, representing 31 nationalities. Huel is bootstrapped (no external funding stage in DB) and was founded in 2015. The mission combines nutrition with sustainability — "what we eat affects both our health and the planet."
Where will I work?
Huel's Global HQ is at 5 Icknield Way in Tring, Hertfordshire, UK. Additional offices are in Birmingham UK, London UK, Milton Keynes (UK manufacturing site), New York City, and Germany. Each office tailors its benefits package to local needs. Most office-based UK roles operate hybrid: in-office Monday/Tuesday/Thursday with the option to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays. All employees can additionally "work from anywhere" for 2 weeks per year.
