What is Haze Shift?
Haze Shift is a Brazilian innovation and strategic-design consultancy (founded 2018, based in Curitiba) that helps organisations unlock their innovation potential — connecting and empowering people to become agents of positive transformation in their businesses. It is well known in Brazil's agile community for pairing a 4-day week with AI to raise productivity.

Work-Life Balance
Haze Shift runs a company-wide 4-day week it calls the "Shift Day": every team member takes one extra day off each week — choosing Monday or Friday — with no reduction in salary. The firm pioneered combining the 4-day week with AI, and was recognised at Brazil's Prêmio Agile Trends 2025 for the third consecutive year for the model.
