About Evenings and Weekends Consulting
Who We Are
Our team has hands-on experience working within and leading an array of community and non-profit organizations. We connect our team's experience and expertise with the leadership that exists within community, so that we can work together to make good change happen.
As a values-driven organization, we are committed to equity, justice, and social change through ongoing collaboration with community, grassroots groups, non-profits, charities, activists, and local leaders. We believe that meaningful change happens when consultants work alongside communities rather than prescribing solutions from the outside.
What We Do
We collaborate with non-profits, charities, activists, local leaders, community groups, academics, and policy makers to advance progressive change and drive social impact. Our approach centers on building capacity within organizations and empowering communities to create sustainable transformation.
Our consulting services draw on real-world experience in the non-profit sector, ensuring that our strategies are grounded in the realities of community work. We partner with organizations at various stages of development, from grassroots initiatives to established charities, providing tailored support that respects each organization's unique context and goals.
