eMAGNETIX is an online-marketing agency based in Upper Austria, offering an all-in-one approach across SEO, search advertising (SEA), content marketing and social media. The agency looks back on more than 16 years of agency experience and "hunderte erfolgreiche Online-Marketing-Projekte", and from its base in Bad Leonfelden it actively serves over 200 long-standing clients — many of them in tourism — across Austria, Germany, Switzerland and beyond, in both B2C and B2B. Its stated aim is to build "digitale Brücken zwischen Angebot und Nachfrage", connecting an offer with the people who should see it.

The agency is based at Linzer Straße 10, 4190 Bad Leonfelden, in Upper Austria. eMAGNETIX describes itself as "Remote First": since introducing its reduced-hours model and a generous home-office policy, it has invested in IT so that, in its words, it now makes no difference where its people work. Day to day this is a hybrid model combining home office with attendance days. The agency also notes a practical perk of its rural location — no commuting traffic jams ("Staufrei").

eMAGNETIX is one of Austria's best-known reduced-hours pioneers. Under the hashtag #30sindgenug ("30 is enough"), it introduced a 30-hour week at full pay back in 2018 — and states it was "Als erstes Unternehmen in Österreich" to implement reduced hours on a full-time salary. On top of this, the agency offers a flexible four-day week: "Du kannst bei uns zwischen 4 oder 5 Arbeitstagen wählen und das selbst wochenweise entscheiden" — employees choose four or five working days, week by week. Flexitime (Gleitzeit) lets people arrange their working week to suit them.
