We're a small, technical, multi-disciplinary team that's passionate about our product, our culture, and generally about developer experience and database engineering. We believe great software comes from balanced, fulfilled people who have time to think deeply and live fully.

We work remote-first, on European time, with a four-day work week. This isn't just a policy—it's a reflection of our values. We're building for the long term, and that means building a sustainable, humane workplace where people can do their best work without burning out.
