Who We Are
Connect&GO is a Montreal-headquartered SaaS company building smart, intuitive technology that helps attractions run effortlessly so operators can focus on delivering unforgettable guest experiences. We began in the fast-paced, high-pressure world of live events — where, with only hours to make an impact and flawless execution non-negotiable, we learned what works and what doesn't when every second counts. That same precision and adaptability are at the core of our technology today.
Founded in 2012 by co-founders Anthony Palermo and Dominic Gagnon (CEO), Connect&GO is led by an executive team that includes COO François-Pierre Moffet, VP People Ariane Desrosiers, and VP Product Marc-André Dubé. We're expanding our operations across Canada, the USA, and Europe and have raised approximately $32.46M in series-A funding.

Working at Connect&GO
We operate a flexible hybrid model across Canada, the USA, and Europe. Connect&GO is profiled on 4dayweek.io as a four-day-week (36-hour) employer. (Note: the four-day week is not described on the current /careers and /about pages, and the Connect&GO Greenhouse board returns 404 as of May 2026; specific benefits should be confirmed directly with the Connect&GO People team — VP People Ariane Desrosiers and team — at application time.)
