Scope and Purpose

Within Intesa Sanpaolo's Corporate & Investment Banking division, in the Global Markets area, Equity Sales  develops relationships with the bank's relevant customers in the asset class.

The requested salesperson will help the team to develop the franchise, in line with IMI CIB client's or Intesa's needs.

To develop such solutions, the sales will be in close contact with all the relevant functions of the bank (trading, quants, credits, legal, risk management, structuring) to ensure the optimal implementation of each solution.

Required experience

Experience:

•    10 years of experience in the sales team of an international investment bank

•    Strong understanding and knowledge of Equity capital markets, equity cash and derivatives, secured lending and equity transactions

•    Strong knowledge of banking regulations and accounting principles for investments and derivatives (IFRS)

•    Strong financial and IT skills .English fluency is a requirement. Other languages will also be appreciated

Required qualifications, skills and knowledge

•    Team player with ability to work in autonomy, liaising with the other offices within the bank (sales, trading, relationship managers and other staff) and with clients Team player

•    Commercial attitude to liaise with clients (internal and external)

•    Analytical skills
